Here in St Vincent’s we promote partnership between parents, teachers and the local community. We are very fortunate to have a teacher released to work in partnership with parents.

Our HSCL Co-ordinator provides support through home visits and welcomes the parents in to the school for many varied programmes. Links with community groups and agencies are fostered by the HSCL

HSCL-led  in-school  literacy and numeracy programmes in partnership with parents include Happy Talk, Maths for Fun, Art workshops for One Book One Community. We are delighted to welcome parents in to the classroom to work with their children on these enjoyable programmes.
